Right of cancellation

You have the right to revoke your contract within fourteen days and without giving any reasons. Whereby, the period of revocation of fourteen days beginning on the day, when you or a representative of yours who is not the carrier, takes possession of the good. Therefore, you have to inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. sent by post, through phone or via email) about your decision to cancel the contract. Please, feel free to use the attached standard withdrawal form, which is not compulsory.
Optionally, you can submit the standard withdrawal form on our website electronically.
If you exercise this option, we will send you an immediate confirmation (e.g. via email) about the digital input of your withdrawal.
In order to comply with the revocation period it is only necessary to send the notification about the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the revocation period.


Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel the contract, we have to return the full payment received from you including delivery expenses (except additional costs, resulting from the fact that you selected another delivery option as the cheapest one we offered as a standard delivery option) immediately and latest within fourteen days beginning on the day we received the notification about your cancellation of the contract.

For the repayment we will use the same means of payment, which you have used primordially for the transaction - unless otherwise agreed. In no case, you will be charged additionally caused by the repayment.

Still, we are able to refuse the repayment until we received the goods back or you have supplied the evidence, that you have sent back the goods. Depends on what took place earlier in time.
Further, you have to either send back the goods immediately and within fourteen days from the date you report the cancellation of the contract to: Solekitchen, Innere Klosterstraße 11, 09111 Chemnitz, Deutschland or deliver the goods to us. The deadline is met, when you have mailed the goods before expiration of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of the return of the goods.

You will not be liable to compensate for any loss of value of the goods as long as you handle them only in such a way and to such extent as is necessary to check their quality, properties and fitness for purpose.
