The G-Marathon UseDem features recycled denim-waste and recycled PET. The insole features a blend of recycled PU foam and FSC-certified cork for exceptional comfort. The soles are made from at least 40% natural rubber from sustainable sources, supplemented by 10% recycled PET bottles.
Every detail is thoughtfully considered – the seams and laces are made from 100% recycled PET bottles and recycled cotton. The inner lining is made with REWAVE™, a blend of bamboo fibers and recycled PET.
All materials are sourced from BSCI Fairtrade-certified suppliers, ensuring ethical and fair working conditions throughout the production process.

UseDem
UseDem was born out of the growing need to address the denim industry’s waste problem. With the continued growth of the denim market and the constant production of new denim, the amount of denim waste is also increasing – from excess inventory to post-production waste. UseDem transforms this denim waste into premium products.
Founder & Designer
Xenia Sidorenko, the founder of UseDem, started the project after working in the denim industry for many years. The overwhelming waste and mountains of waste she saw there inspired her to take action. With a deep-rooted belief that even small businesses can make a big difference, she started upcycling denim. With support from the industry and her established network, she started designing high-quality products from denim waste.
