If you don't like an ordered item and/or the item don't fit, you can easily send it back. However, we ask for your understanding that we will not bear the costs of the return.

You are welcome to use our DHL return link for domestic returns:

This allows you to easily and conveniently process your return (only valid for domestic returns). Of course you are free to use another service provider of your choice.

Exception:
If you order several sizes and/or colors of an item or different items to choose from and would like to keep part of the order, you can request a free returns label.

Conditions for a free return label:
- the value of the goods that you keep from this order must be at least €80.00
- the item(s) you keep from the order is/are not reduced
- the goods to be returned are not reduced
- your return is a domestic return

If this applies to your return, please send an email to [email protected] and tell us your order number and which goods from the order you would like to return. This regulation only applies to domestic orders and returns. Returns from abroad are always paid by the customer.

The legal period for returns is 14 days from receiving the goods and the item must been unworn or unused. Please always return items only in the original box and use a solid extra box, ideally the same one you received the order.

As soon as the return has arrived at our warehouse you will automatically receive a message. Refunds are always made in the same way that we received the payment. The processing of a return can take up to 7 days.

We do not change, if you want to change because you need another size , color or whatever, please return the item and order once again.

Refusing shipment

In case of refusing the shipment, we charge a processing fee of € 5.90, at least the direct costs of returning the goods.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we charge a processing fee of €5.90, at least the direct costs of returning the goods.
